Special Congregational Vote

All church members, are invited to a special congregational vote to resolve a property line issue with our neighbors.
During a recent survey, Duplain’s property was discovered to extend across Maple Rd. and into the yard of one of our neighbors.
This is a plotting mistake and does not affect any of DCC ‘s usable property or change any plans for future building expansion.
DCC would like to gift the property to our neighbors and they will be covering all expenses of the transaction.
Due to DCC Bylaws this requires a congregational vote.
